Effects of visible cheese on consumption of food groups to encourage

This is a current project.

Description

Current dietary guidelines include food groups to encourage (FGTE), such as fruits and vegetables, whole grains and low-fat and non-fat dairy products. Children historically do not consume these food groups in the recommended amounts. The addition of cheese may motivate children to select and consume FGTE.
