Life Span Institute Communications

The Life Span Institute (LSI) Communications group publicizes research grants and findings to print, electronic and web media as news and features.

Communications also assists reporters and producers contact scientific experts.

Communications develops and manages the LSI and other web sites that present information and news about the centers, investigators, research and services to internal and external audiences.

The group also produces an electronic newsletter, the Lifeline Online, an annual report as well as other print and web presentations. The staff is also a liaison to KU's Office of University Communications and Office of Research and Graduate Studies.

Other services include designing scientific posters, assistance with PowerPoint presentations and video/audio projects.

Communications also offers assistance with event planning and management.
